Animal Training Internship

Interns work directly with the Animal Training team and are exposed to all aspects of the daily care and training of our dolphins. Heavy emphasis is placed on basic tasks such as food preparation, daily cleaning/facility maintenance and interacting with the public. Interns shadow trainers and learn through observation about operant conditioning of marine mammals and husbandry. Interns may also assist in training and feeding sessions as they gain experience.
