Job Description:
The Reservations Team Specialist will be detail-oriented and able to assist our guests with all booking needs using a Point of Sale system. The Reservations Team Specialist will be able to work with minimal supervision, and have excellent customer service skills with the ability to up-sell interactive programs. Additionally, the Reservations Team Specialist will have excellent knowledge of promotions and offers available for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and advise guests through the booking process for various programs and activities scheduled at Marineland.
- Understand and offer program promotions to guests when booking, and up-sell programs and activities.
- Make and complete reservations for guests using a Point of Sale system based on various program requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Process payments and send order confirmation details to guests.
- Complete interactive program waivers and wristbands for guests, and direct them to the pick-up area. = –
- Answer incoming calls and complete reservations by phone, and return voicemails to guests.
- Work through guest questions and concerns that may arise when completing reservations.
- Provide support to guests who may need to amend a reservation.
