COVID-19 Questions

What days/hours are you open?

Marineland is open everyday and has adjusted our hours to be from 9:00AM – 3:00PM each day.

Do we need to make a reservation?

Reservations are not required for General Admission access. However, we do recommended advanced reservations for any dolphin interaction programs as they are likely to fill.  Please check our reservations page for updated availability for our swim programs.  Programs with spots left available will be available to purchase at walk up until 60 minutes before the program’s scheduled time.

Will I be able to swim with dolphins?

Yes!  We will still be offering our swim with dolphin programs but will be limiting the available spots in our programs to align with good social distancing practices.  You can check our reservations page for up to date availability of our programs!

When should I arrive for our program?

We are asking all guests to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to your program time with the following exceptions:
Guests scheduled for the Trainer for a Day or Dolphin Designs program should plan to arrive at 8:45 a.m and will receive priority check-in to ensure safety, as well as arriving to the program area on time.

Do we need to wear a mask?

We encourage but do not require our guests to wear masks when indoors. This includes during check-in or when you go inside our Gift Shop, Photo Lab, or Sea to Shore Aquarium.

What will Marineland do to help keep our family safe during our visit?

Marineland Dolphin Adventure is doing our best to establish as many social distancing precautions and cleaning procedures as possible.  Please be aware of some of the changes/policies put in place to keep our staff and guests safe during this time:

  • Areas throughout the park will be marked or closed off to help as visual reminders for practicing good social distancing.
  • Indoor areas of our park will have limited capacities and we encourage guests to wear masks here.
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be placed strategically throughout the park and available for guest use.
  • Restrooms, handrails, and other commonly used surfaces will be regularly cleaned and disinfected throughout the day.

What if we are no longer able to travel or do our program due to COVID-19?

Marineland Dolphin Adventure is making an exception to its no refund policy to accommodate for the extreme circumstances everyone is having to work around.  Guests will be able to reschedule to a later available date if able.  If you are not able to reschedule, you will be eligible for a full refund.

While Marineland has reopened its doors, we are still operating on minimal staff and we are doing our best to address all of our guests needs.  The best way to contact us is through our Contact Us page which allows a notification to go out to everyone on our team and the next available team member will reach out to assist you.

Are we able to bring a group to Marineland?

Groups can be scheduled to visit Marineland on a case by case basis.  Please contact us directly to inquire about your visit.  If you are looking for a field trip or looking to bring a group for an educational experience (including Scout Groups and Homeschoolers), please contact our Education Coordinator by filling out the Field Trip Information Request online.
