What is the pricing for a Private Event?

Please contact the Group Sales department at 904-471-1111 ext. 128 or 114 to receive a quote for your customized event.

How many guests are allowed at my event?

There is a maximum of 125 guests for events.

What is included (food, plates, chairs, d├ęcor, set-up, take-down, etc.)?

We provide set up and take down of tables and chairs, which are also included in the rental price. Food/Drinks are not provided. Please contact the Group Sales department at 904-471-1111 ext. 128 or 114 to receive a list of preferred caterers that you can use for your event.

Can I bring my own entertainment?

Yes; however, please consult with our staff in regards to placement of speakers and music volume.

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol is allowed, provided that is is purchased through a caterer and served by a bartender. Please contact the Group Sales department at 904-471-1111 ext. 128 or 114 to receive a list of preferred caterers that you can use for your event.

Are Behind the Seas Park Passes Included?

Park areas outside of your event space will be accessible only during normal operating hours.

What do you need to hold a date?

To hold a date for your event, we require a signed agreement along with a deposit.
