What has changed since the Covid-related closing?

Where is Marineland Dolphin Adventure located?

What are your operating hours?

Marineland Dolphin Adventure’s normal hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. daily (hours may vary by day).  Marineland will be closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Where can I park?

Parking is FREE at Marineland Dolphin Adventure. Our outdoor parking area is located directly beside our facility.

What can I bring to Marineland Dolphin Adventure?

  • We are an outdoor facility, so we recommend sunscreen and weather appropriate clothes for our guests.
  • We recommend bringing a reusable and refillable water bottle.
  • Drinking straws and balloons are prohibited.
  • No weapons are allowed within our facility. This policy is to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests, and to eliminate a potential risk to guests, staff and/or animals.

Can I make reservations in advance?

Yes. Online, or by calling 407-563-4701, ext. 116.

Do you offer refunds?

Marineland Dolphin Adventure has a no refunds policy for bookings. Refunds are only given if a program is cancelled by Marineland Dolphin Adventure.

What happens if there is bad weather/rain/lightning during our visit?

Marineland Dolphin Adventure runs our programs rain or shine.  We will only postpone our programs if we have a lightning strike within 5 miles of our facility.  If that happens, all guests are escorted to the nearest indoor location, and programs will resume as soon as the lightning passes.

If Marineland cannot complete the program by the end of the day due to lightning staying in the area, we will work with each group individually to offer the best solution for them.  We can reschedule, offer credit to rebook within 1 year, or if the program is canceled by Marineland Dolphin Adventure they may receive a full or partial refund based on what was completed.  Please note that the ticketing fee cannot be refunded due to weather.

Can I make an adjustment to my reservation time?

Yes. Changes are made based upon availability and manager discretion.

I purchased tickets online but I do not have access to a printer. Can I still enter Marineland?

Guests are welcome to show tickets on their smartphones or provide us with the first and last name that was used to create the reservation.

What if I am late to my chosen reservation time? Can guests arrive a little late or a little early?

Programs cannot be stalled or stopped for late participants. Guests must arrive at least 60 minutes prior to their chosen program reservation time.

Are animals allowed?

No animals are allowed, with the exception of service animals.  Service animals do not include emotional support animals.

May I bring food or drinks?

Food and beverages may be brought in and consumed in appropriate areas. Some beverages and snacks are available in the Gift Shop. Please note that drinking straws are not allowed.

Can guests leave and come back?

Yes, as long as you keep your wristband on for your return that day.

May I bring a stroller?

Yes, however, strollers do not have access to the Sea to Shore aquarium.

May I smoke?

No smoking anywhere in the park, including e-cigs/vape pens.

Do you have first aid?

We have basic first aid supplies available. Please notify a member of our staff if you are in need of first aid.

Do you offer a military discount?

To thank them for their service, Marineland Dolphin Adventure offers 25% OFF admission and interactive programs to our active duty and retired military and their families with promo code “MILITARY25”.
Must present a valid military ID at check in. Discount calculated off of the regular rate. May not be combined with other offers. Subject to availability. Certain restrictions apply.

What are the blackout dates for the Florida Resident Discount?

The Florida Resident Discount cannot be used during our Spring Break Season (03/15/21-04/11/21) or Summer Season (05/28/21-09/06/21).

Do you offer accommodations for guests with disabilities or special needs?

  • Yes.  Please contact us with any special needs requests prior to your visit by calling our reservations line at 407-563-4701, ext. 116.

May I take pictures?

Cameras are allowed in public areas; however, guests are not allowed to bring a camera while participating in our dolphin programs.  General Admission guests may take pictures of the dolphin programs from the viewing area.

I’ve lost an item. Do you have a Lost and Found?

If you have lost an item, please visit our Gift Shop and notify a member of our staff or call us at 407-563-4701, ext. 116.

Can I have a special event or birthday party here?
