Where is Marineland Dolphin Adventure located?

What are your operating hours?

Marineland Dolphin Adventure’s hours of operation are 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily. (Hours may vary by day.)

Where can I park?

Parking is FREE at Marineland Dolphin Adventure. Our outdoor parking area is located directly beside our facility, and can accommodate buses and other large vehicles.

What can I bring to Marineland Dolphin Adventure?

  • We are an outdoor facility, so we recommend sunscreen and weather appropriate clothes for our guests.
  • We recommend bringing a reusable and refillable water bottle.
  • Reef Safe sun care products are available in our Gift Shop.
  • Drinking straws and balloons are prohibited.
  • No weapons are allowed within our facility. This policy is to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests, and to eliminate a potential risk to guests, staff and/or animals.

Can I make reservations in advance?

You can purchase Behind the Seas Park Passes and Dolphin Encounters in advance online, or by calling 877-933-3402, ext. 116.

What Does the Behind the Seas Park Pass Include?

Our new Behind the Seas Park Pass includes admission to our outdoor facility and Neptune Park – where you can see our dolphin, sea turtle, sand tiger shark habitats – as well as our special tour “below the decks” of Marineland. You’ll enjoy exploring our 80-year history, learning about conservation, and seeing a variety of exotic marine life.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes; Marineland Dolphin Adventure has an 8-day cancellation policy. Changes are made based upon availability and management discretion if within the 8-day cancellation period. Changes or cancellation made outside the 8-day policy are allowed based on availability. This policy is for any program and does not include general admission.

Can I make an adjustment to my reservation time?

I purchased tickets online but I do not have access to a printer. Can I still enter Marineland?

Guests are welcome to show tickets on their smartphones or provide us with the first and last name that was used to create the reservation.

What if I am late to my chosen reservation time? Can guests arrive a little late or a little early?

Programs cannot be stalled or stopped for late participants, so we encourage our guests to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their chosen program reservation time.

Are animals allowed?

No animals are allowed, with the exception of service animals.

May I bring food or drinks?

Food and beverages may be brought in and consumed in appropriate areas. Some beverages and snacks are available in the Gift Shop. Please note that drinking straws are not allowed.

Can guests leave and come back?

Yes.

May I bring a stroller?

Yes.

May I smoke?

No smoking anywhere, including e-cigs.

Do you have first aid?

We have basic first aid supplies available. Please notify a member of our staff if you are in need of first aid.

Do you offer a military discount?

We are proud to offer a military discount of 10% to active and retired military and their families. This discount applies to both General Admission and programs, and can be purchased at the gate with a valid military ID.

What constitutes a group? Are there any benefits offered for groups?

We offer a group discount of 10% to groups of 15 or more when purchased in advance. To receive this discount, please contact our Group Sales department at 904-460-1273 or 904-471-1111, ext. 114.

Do you offer accommodations for guests with disabilities or special needs?

  • Yes.  Please contact us with any special needs requests prior to your vist by emailing dabrown@marineland.net or by calling our reservations line at 904-471-1111, ext. 116.”

May I take pictures?

Cameras are allowed in public areas; however, they are not allowed in our dolphin encounter programs.

I’ve lost an item. Do you have a Lost and Found?

If you have lost an item, please visit our Gift Shop and notify a member of our staff.

Can I have a special event or birthday party here?
